Criteria for becoming a network partner or affiliate partner are subject to terms.  Information sites must be devoted entirely to violet wands, contain accurate and up-to-date information and maintain a supportive network 'presence'.  Commercial sites must maintain an affiliate program or sponsorship with the network.  If not hosted on the network family of domains, site/business ownership is subject to identification verification.  All partners must maintain affiliate and backlinks as denoted in the agreement(s), agree to be reviewed and to receive a 'star' rating by the network.
