Since 1997, Violetwanda and Dralion have been manufacturing violet wands, violet wand electrodes, and accessories and making them available direct to the public.  They have recently started their 2nd violet wand retail company for very advanced players.  They also dropship for web fetish stores and provide wholesale to various retailers.  Hands down, they produce the best quality violet wands and electrodes on the market.  Not only that, but their violet wand retail company has the best warranties in the business.  Their prices are also under market average, since they sell direct rather than having a middle man retailer.  You're pretty much getting wholesale price buying direct from the source.

Their products are always the MOST copied by imitators, and 90% of all new violet wand product and design in the last 10 years has originated with this company, which is one major reason they are partnered with us.  They not only know their products, but they know how to use them and are some of the foremost experts in violet wand use.

What we like:  Just one part of what makes theirs the best warranties, is that Violetwanda has service and repair people on 4 continents.  So if you are in Australia, for example, you don't have to send your wand all the way back to them in the US for servicing.   You just send it local.

Actual violetwand manufacturers are few and far between, so they can experience a waiting list, but you can find out before you buy if there is any wait.  On average, delivery is usually 7-10 days from ordering.  The site is a bit old-fashioned since it has been around so long but we like the old-fashioned attention to detail from a company that has been doing it the longest.

What we also like:  using the 'Order Status' function, customers can see exactly what is happening with their order real-time; when your order is undergoing inspections or testing, when its packaged and ready to ship, etc.   So while automated, its very functional.

Violetwanda and Dralion set THE bar for violet wand product.  They are imitated often but they really can't be equalled.  Their electrodes are super strong (they drop them at events to show their break-resistance) and their wands are safer, and are rated for a longer run-time than other companies.

Manufacturers have several big pluses over retailers.  They know their product better, your warranty and service options are improved, and there is no middleman markup for the price.  Their customer service is not as fast as that of a much smaller retailer, but their information and support has more foundation.
